Let’s be honest—life can feel like a lot. Some days you’re riding high on motivation, ticking things off like a boss. And then there are those other days where getting out of bed feels like a win, where to-do lists look like scary novels, and all those self-help tips on Instagram start blending into one noisy mess.
If you’ve ever felt like that—overwhelmed, uninspired, unsure where to begin—I see you. Because I’ve been there too. And that’s exactly where this journey started.
The Real Reason Behind Pocketful Of Cheer
It all started during a time when I felt completely overstimulated by my own life.
Too many tabs open—on my screen, in my head, in my heart. I was trying to be productive, present, purposeful… and ended up just feeling stuck. Like I was moving, but not going anywhere. Like I was doing everything “right,” but still not feeling okay.
So I began making tools—not to fix myself, but to find myself again. Simple pages that helped me clear the mental clutter. Soft structure when everything felt chaotic. Small rituals that made me feel like I had a say in my own day.

Pocketful of Cheer grew from that place. From the version of me who was tired of chasing big, shiny solutions—and just wanted something that worked.
So no, this isn’t a business plan I mapped out. It’s more like a trail I followed back to myself. And now I’m sharing the pages that helped me along the way—with anyone else who might be quietly craving a little clarity too.
I’ve always wanted to help people. But not in a flashy, “life coach with a mic” kind of way. So this isn’t just a “business” or “side hustle”. This is my heart project.
I’m building a little corner of the internet where we celebrate small wins, get real about the hard stuff, and use cute (but super useful) guides and planners to sort through the mess and feel a little more together—one printable at a time.
Think of it as your cozy desk drawer of joy and clarity. No pressure. No preaching. Just practical magic.
Who Is This For?

These planners are for:
The lazy girl (I love her energy) who wants to get things done without doing too much.
The over-thinker who’s tired of self-improvement sermons.
The quiet achiever who believes in less talk, more action.
The tired new mom, the bride-to-be, the student in her 20s, the girl in her 30s rebuilding life—this is for you.
They’re for anyone who wants to feel more clear, more grounded, more like themselves again.
Because these have all been me—and maybe they’re a little bit you too.
Why It Had To Be Real
Here’s the deal: I’m not going to make something unless it’s genuinely helpful. Every guide, every planner, every little sheet I offer is something I’ve actually used myself. It's all been tried, tested, scribbled on, loved, and lived through.
Whether it’s:
The Daily Spark — a gentle journal that helps you clear your head, set intentions, and feel like yourself again (without needing a 5 AM miracle routine).
A mandala coloring book to anchor you when everything feels a little too much — part meditation, part creative reset.
The Way-finding Workbook for when you’re stuck at a crossroads and just need someone to ask the right questions (not throw more pressure at you).
A self-kindness worksheet to help you climb out of the doom loop of “I didn’t do enough today” — with grounding prompts and tiny wins to feel okay again.
Every single product is born from real life. My real life. And the intention is always to make yours a little lighter.
The One That Changed Everything
Now let me tell you about the journal that started it all -- It’s called The Daily Spark. It’s simple. Just five minutes a day. One page. A few prompts. That’s it.

But wow—this one thing completely transformed my life.
There was a time not so long ago when everything felt heavy. I was stuck in a loop of doubt, worry, and just going through the motions. Even though everything looked fine from the outside, on the inside I was tired. Emotionally, mentally, soul-level tired.
And then, I started this tiny habit. Writing every morning. One page. Not journaling my deepest thoughts—just answering a few light prompts. What am I excited for today? What am I grateful for? One small goal?
Something shifted.
It didn’t happen overnight, but slowly, I started noticing the little joys. I started feeling grounded. I stopped spiraling and started seeing possibilities again.
That’s why I’m sharing The Daily Spark for free. It saved me in a way I can’t put into words. And I truly believe everyone should try it—even the most skeptical among us. Because if this lazy, overwhelmed girl could do it and feel better, so can you!
👉 Try it for a week. No rules. Just five quiet minutes a day. Download The Daily Spark here and see what shifts.

Why Printables?
I know what you’re thinking—why printables? Isn’t everyone making apps and launching YouTube channels?
Well, because printables are simple. And in a world that’s constantly buzzing and updating and distracting us, I think there’s something powerful about going back to basics.
You don’t need logins or trackers or a million tabs open. You just need a sheet. A pen. A few minutes.
Printables meet you where you are. No pressure to be aesthetic or perfect. Just functional, easy tools that you can use your way. Write on them, doodle on them, tear them up, come back later. They’re yours.
And there’s something deeply satisfying about crossing off a box with your own hand, right?
What I Really Want

Here’s my dream: I want you to come to my page and feel like, “Ahh, this is made for someone like me.” I want you to feel seen.
Whether you’re starting over, starting something new, or just trying to keep up—I hope these printables make your life feel just a little more sorted, a little more doable, and a whole lot more joyful.
And I want you to know—this isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. Kindness. Playfulness. And little wins that add up.
A Love Letter to You
If you’ve read this far, thank you. Seriously. You’re my kind of person.
You’re probably someone who cares—about doing better, feeling better, living better.
But you’re also tired of the noise, of the pressure, of always being “on.”
You just want something real.
So here’s what I promise: This space will always be honest. Always warm. Always rooted in personal experience and genuine value.
I’ll never tell you to hustle harder or wake up at 5 AM unless that’s your thing. I’ll never give you a one-size-fits-all life formula. Instead, I’ll offer tools. Tiny sparks. Gentle nudges.
Things that helped me, and maybe—just maybe—they’ll help you too.
Let’s Begin
