💻 Digital Products (Printables, Downloads, Worksheets)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned — which means we’re unable to offer refunds on downloadable printables, journals, or guides.

📦 Physical Products (Journals, Stickers, Notepads, Workbooks)

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges except if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll absolutely make it right.

To report an issue:

1. Email us at hello@pocketfulofcheer.com within 5 days of receiving your order

2. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product

3. We’ll review and either send a replacement or issue a refund (at our discretion)
    

⏳ Late or Missing Orders

If your physical order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please reach out to us. We'll help track it down or arrange a resolution if it's lost.
